摘要
以某型号多绳摩擦式提升机中的天轮轮体为研究对象,完成了有限元分析模型的建立及其静力学分析,得到了天轮轮体工作过程中的最大变形及所在位置。基于此提出了天轮轮体优化改进方案,分析结果表明,当轮辐宽度为100 mm时,天轮轮体质量降低190 kg,最大变形仅仅增加0.01 mm,在保证天轮轮体安全可靠的前提下,提高了天轮轮体的经济性,取得了很好的改进效果。
As a very important transport device in the process of coal mining,the service conditions of the hoist are very demanding.In this paper,the finite element analysis model and the statics analysis are completed,and the maximum deformation and the position are obtained.Based on this,the optimization and improvement scheme of the wheel body was put forward.The analysis results showed that when the spoke width was 100mm,the weight of the wheel was reduced by 190kg and the maximum deformation was increased by only 0.01mm.On the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of the wheel body,the economy of the wheel body was improved and a good improvement effect was achieved.
