摘要
针对掩护梁出现损坏的情况,利用Pro/E建立了5.6 m液压支架掩护梁的三维实体模型,并通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对掩护梁进行受力计算和分析,获得掩护梁的应力云图,计算结果可用于后续结构设计计算,以保证掩护梁的可靠性和稳定性,为液压支架掩护梁的结构优化提供理论基础。
In view of the loss of the cover beam,three-dimensional solid model of 5.6 m hydraulic support cover beam is established by using Pro/E.The stress cloud diagram of cover beam is obtained by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results can be used in subsequent structural design and calculation to ensure the reliability and stability of cover beam and provide theoretical basis for structural optimization of hydraulic support cover beam.
