带式输送机故障及智能保护装置的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对塔山三盘区8307工作面安装的DTL型带式输送机在运行过程中出现跑偏、断带、超速、高温以及尾部堆煤等故障,为了进一步提高输送机运输效率,通过对带式输送机常见故障及原因进行分析,提出了安装带式输送机智能保护装置的方案。通过实际应用效果来看,安装该装置后2307巷带式输送机故障率降低了14%,全年输送机维修费用降低了41.7万元,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the faults such as running deviation,breaking belt,overspeed,high temperature and rear coal stacking in the DTL belt conveyor installed in 8307 working face of Tashan Sanpan area,in order to further improve the transportation efficiency of the conveyor,this paper put forward the intelligent protection device of belt conveyor.According to the practical application effect,the failure rate of belt conveyor in 2307 lane after installation of the device is reduced by 14%,and the maintenance cost of by 417000 yuan in the whole year,which has achieved remarkable application effect.
