一种皮带机机尾防堆煤装置的分析与应用

Analysis and Application of a Belt Machine Tail Coal-proof Device

针对煤质差皮带运行时粘连煤料或落煤点不正撒煤,造成回头煤较多产生噎煤、带面损坏等问题,提出应用一种新型的皮带机机尾防堆煤装置。应用实践表明,该装置不仅可以有效防止皮带机噎煤、带面受损甚至断带事故的发生,而且提高了输送带的使用寿命,保证了皮带机的安全运行。

A new type of belt machine tail anti-heap coal device is designed in view of the problems of coal quality difference adhesion belt or coal drop point spreading coal,resulting in choking coal and belt surface damage.The application practice shows that the device can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of choking coal,belt surface damage and even belt breaking accidents,but also improve the service life of conveyor belt and ensure the safe operation of belt conveyor.
