摘要 针对振动筛效率难以满足日益提高的自动化生产效率这一问题,采用ADAMS多体动力学的方式进行复合振动筛的设计,依据现有使用的振动筛的结构及参数选定复合振动筛的关键参数,建立复合振动筛的模型,对复合振动筛在平动、摆动及复合振动下筛箱的位移进行仿真分析。结果表明,在复合振动的作用下,筛箱的位移呈现出与平动及摆动作用下不同的振动效果,筛箱的振动幅度有所减小,但振动的形态更加多样,有利于煤炭颗粒的运动变化,从而提高筛分的效率。 In view of the problem that the efficiency of vibrating screen is difficult to meet the increasing efficiency of automatic production,the design of composite vibrating screen is carried out by ADAMS multi-body dynamics.According to the structure and parameters of the existing vibrating screen,the key parameters of the composite vibrating screen are selected.The model of composite vibrating screen is established.The displacement of the screen box under flat motion,swing and compound vibration is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the displacement of the sieve box is different from that of the flat and swing under the action of compound vibration,and the vibration amplitude of the sieve box is reduced,but the shape of the vibration is more diverse.It is beneficial to the change of coal particle motion and improve the efficiency of screening.
