选煤用振动筛横梁断裂问题分析与改进

摘要 针对某选煤厂在用振动筛横梁断裂的问题,采用有限元仿真分析方法,对振动筛横梁进行了静力学分析,结果表明,横梁圆管靠近法兰位置存在应力集中,是导致横梁断裂问题的主要原因。通过改进横梁截面的尺寸形状,降低了横梁的应力集中情况。应用结果表明,改进之后振动筛横梁的使用寿命得到了提高,节省了振动筛横梁的维护维修投入,改进效果显著。 Aiming at the problem of beam fracture of vibrating screen used in a coal preparation plant,the static analysis of the beam was carried out by using the finite element simulation analysis method.The results show that the stress concentration of the beam round pipe near the flange is the main cause of beam fracture.By improving the size and shape of the cross section,the stress concentration of the cross beam is reduced.The application results show that the service life of the cross beam is increased and the maintenance investment of the cross beam is saved.The improved effect is remarkable.
