分析了采煤机传动装置的故障发生原因,设计了采煤机传动装置的故障诊断系统。该系统通过对关键运行参数的检测判断故障原因,可以快速判断故障,降低了维修人员的时间损耗,提高了工作效率。

The fault diagnosis system of shearer's transmission device is designed by analyzing the cause of the failure,and the failure cause is determined by the detection of key operating parameters,which can not only quickly judge the failure and solve it in time,but also reduce the time loss of maintenance personnel.It improves efficiency of the work.
