摘要
新景矿为了提高井下大采高液压支架安装效率,决定采用自行设计的液压起吊架对支架各部件进行起吊、旋转以及翻转,再组装。该装置能够规避传统风动葫芦在繁琐作业过程中带来的不确定性因素,针对不同地质条件底板,配合设计的安装平台,有效提高了支架脱车和安装效率,降低了劳动强度,为工作面快速安装支架提供了有力保障。
In order to improve the installation efficiency of high hydraulic support in underground mining,it is decided to use self-designed hydraulic hanger to lift,rotate the components of the support.The device can avoid the uncertainty caused by the traditional pneumatic hoist in the tedious operation process.According to different geological conditions,the installation platform designed with different geological conditions can effectively improve the efficiency of the support removal and installation,reduce the labor intensity of the workers,and provide a strong guarantee for the quick installation of the support in the working face.
