摘要
针对传统综采工作面、采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机等设备联动性能差,集中控制自动化水平低等现象,山西焦煤集团屯兰矿通过技术研究决定对22301大采高综采工作面运用一套自动化集控系统。通过实际应用效果来看,该自动化控制系统投入应用后实现了对工作面机电设备的集中联锁控制,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the traditional fully mechanized mining face,shearer,hydraulic support,scraper conveyor and other equipment poor linkage performance,low level of centralized control automation,Xishan Coking Coal Group Tunlan Mine through technical research decided to put forward an automatic centralized control system for 22301 large mining high fully mechanized mining face.Through practical application,the automatic control system has realized the centralized interlocking control function of electromechanical equipment in working face,and achieved remarkable application results.
