摘要
为提升综采工作面回采巷道超前支护效率、降低被动支护对巷道顶板原有锚网索支护影响,以1605综采工作面回风巷超前支护为研究对象,提出用注浆锚索进行超前支护,并设计支护方案、施工工艺。现场应用后,采面回采期间、留巷期间回风巷顶板最大下沉量分别在15 mm、156 mm以内,注浆锚索起到显著的顶板变形控制效果。
In order to improve the advance support efficiency of mining roadway in fully mechanized mining face and reduce the influence of passive support on the original anchor mesh cable support of roadway roof,the advance support of return air roadway in 1605 fully mechanized mining face is taken as the research object.The advance support with grouting anchor cable is put forward,and the supporting scheme and construction technology are designed.After the field application,the maximum subsidence of the roof of the return air roadway is within 15 mm,156 mm during the mining period and the retention period respectively,and the grouting anchor cable plays a significant effect on the deformation control of the roof.
