摘要
通过分析变电站微机继电保护系统误动的主要原因,研究提高继电保护自动化系统可靠性指标的方法,提出了提高微处理器系统可靠性所需费用的近似上下界。研究认为,只有在执行评估电磁环境的常规措施时,才有可能在运行期间保持微处理器系统的可靠性水平。同时,在确定电磁状态的阶段,有必要注意接地系统的状态,而采用半间隔法进行故障诊断最为合适。
By analyzing the main causes of maloperation of microcomputer relay protection system in substation,this paper studies the method of improving the reliability index of relay protection automation system,and puts forward the approximate upper and lower bounds of the cost of improving the reliability of microprocessor system.It is considered that it is only possible to maintain the reliability level of microprocessor system during operation when carrying out routine measures to evaluate the electromagnetic environment.At the same time,in the stage of determining the electromagnetic state,it is necessary to pay attention to the state of the grounding system,and it is most appropriate to use the half-interval method for fault diagnosis.
