井下盘区泵房自动化排水系统的研究

Study on Automatic Drainage System of the Pump House in Underground Pan District

分析了赵庄矿排水系统现状,针对存在的问题提出应用井下盘区泵房自动化排水系统的方案。通过对盘区泵房进行自动化排水改造,以实现设备的可视化实时远程监控,同时泵房巡检使用防爆机器人代替巡检工进行音视频采集和温度探测,可真正达到无人值守的目的。

This paper analyzes the present situation of drainage system in Zhaozhuang Mine,and puts forward the scheme of applying automatic drainage system of pump disk area is put forward.Through the automatic drainage transformation of the pump room in the disk area,the visual real-time remote monitoring of the equipment is realized.At the same time,the explosion-proof robot is used to collect audio and video and temperature instead of the inspector in the pump room inspection,so as to achieve the purpose of unattended.
