摘要
以某煤矿企业的控制系统为研究对象,设计了一套基于PLC技术的集中控制系统。主要对该系统的总体方案、硬件系统、软件系统等方面进行设计,以此实现了对原煤的分选、除尘等二次加工。系统搭建完成后,对全系统进行调试,并进行了为期半年的试运行效果分析,分析结果表明:该控制系统自动化、智能化程度高,控制精度高、抗干扰能力强,可以有效提高企业的生产效率,降低运行成本。
A centralized control system based on PLC technology is designed based on the control system of a coal mine enterprise.This paper mainly designs the overall scheme,hardware system and software system of the system,so as to realize the secondary processing of raw coal sorting and dust removal.After the system is completed,the whole system is debugged and the effect of trial operation is analyzed for half a year.The results show that the control system has high automation,intelligence,high control precision and strong anti-interference ability,which can effectively improve the production efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the operating cost.
