摘要
针对采煤机在作业中经常出现各类故障现象,以MG930-WD采煤机为研究对象,介绍了该型采煤机的技术参数,分析了智能控制系统总体方案与系统总体设计结构,并以某煤矿厂采煤机实际运行状态数据为样本,对采煤机智能控制算法进行测试。测试结果显示各组平均预测误差为3.01%,说明该采煤机智能控制系统具有较好的控制精度,该研究成果对一般采煤机的智能控制具有较好参考意义。
In view of all kinds of faults often appear in the actual use of shearer,taking MG930-WD shearer as the research object,this paper introduces the technical parameters of the shearer,analyzes the overall scheme of intelligent control system and the overall design structure of the system.The intelligent control algorithm of shearer is tested with the actual operation state data of shearer in a coal mine.The test results show that the average prediction error of each group is 3.01%,which indicates that the intelligent control system of the shearer has better control accuracy,and the research results have better reference significance for the intelligent control of the general shearer.
