矿井复杂煤层区域的综合防火技术分析

针对煤矿井下复杂煤层条件下防火方案复杂、可靠性差,给井下综采安全带来严重隐患的现状,提出了一种新的矿井复杂煤层下的综合防火技术方案。该防火技术具有以下优势:以预警监测系统为核心,实现对煤层防火的实时监测和预警;以新的胶体阻化泡沫防火装置为基础,实现对燃烧区域的快速灭火;以采空区注氮防火为补充,实现对复杂煤层下易燃区域的预防。根据实际应用表明该综合防火技术安全性高、防火可靠性好,显著提升了井下综采作业的安全性,具有极大的应用推广价值。

In view of the complex and poor reliability of the fire prevention scheme under the condition of complex coal seam in coal mine,a new comprehensive fire prevention technology scheme under the complex coal seam is put forward.The fire prevention technology takes the early warning monitoring system as the core to realize the real-time monitoring and early warning of coal seam fire prevention;based on the new colloidal foam fire proof device,it realizes the rapid fire extinguishing in the combustion area;supplemented by the nitrogen injection fire prevention in the goaf to realize the prevention of the flammable area under the complex coal seam.According to the practical application,the comprehensive fire-proof technology has high safety and good fire-proof reliability,which has greatly improved the safety of underground fully mechanized mining operation and has great application and popularization value.
