摘要
介绍了视觉识别系统的基本组成,分析了岸桥自动化中的集装箱箱号识别、集卡定位及车号识别、集装箱卡车防吊起、岸桥大车防撞等,并简要阐述了视觉识别技术的发展趋势。视觉识别系统在岸桥自动化中的应用,可大幅度改善岸桥运行的作业效率,提高精确度及安全性。
This paper introduces the basic composition of the visual recognition system,analyzes the identification of container number,card location and vehicle number in the automation of shore bridge,the anti-hoisting of container truck,the anti-collision of shore bridge truck,and briefly expounds the development of the visual recognition system.The application of visual recognition system in shore bridge automation greatly improves the operation efficiency,accuracy and safety of shore bridge.
