复杂装备产品性能可以解构为建构性能、集成性能和演进性能,技术集成能力通过这三条路径来综合影响复杂装备产品性能的提升。集成商的战略整合能力是技术集成能力的核心,其通过两种途径促进复杂装备产品性能的提升:一方面,集成商对模块供应商的战略整合强化了集成商和模块供应商之间的知识交流,提升了集成商的知识水平和技术能力;另一方面,战略整合改变了集成商和模块供应商的交易关系,使得集成商和模块供应商之间的利益更加一致,即模块供应商会策略性地改变模块价格以增加集成商技术集成收益,提升其性能创新激励。提升集成商战略整合能力,推动集成商和模块供应商之间的战略整合,是促进装备产品性能提升,促进我国装备制造业转型升级、实现高质量发展的关键和核心。

The performance of complex equipment products can be decomposed into construction performance,integration performance and evolution performance.Technology integration capability comprehensively influences the performance improvement of complex equipment products through these three paths.The core of technology integration capability is strategic integration capability of integrators,which promotes the performance improvement of complex equipment products in two ways:on the one hand,integrators’strategic integration of module suppliers strengthens the knowledge exchange between integrators and module suppliers and enhances the technical knowledge and ability of integrators to improve the performance;on the other hand,strategic integration changes the transaction relationship between integrators and module suppliers,making their interests become more common.Module suppliers will strategically adjust module prices to increase technology integration revenue for integrators and improve their performance innovation incentives.Improving strategic integration capability of integrators,giving impetus to strategic integration between integrators and module suppliers and promoting the performance improvement of complex equipment products are the key and core of transforming and upgrading China’s equipment manufacturing industry and realizing high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
