摘要
同事是社会工作者工作过程中最亲密的伙伴,时空距离与心理距离的双重优势使得同事成为社会工作者社会支持网络中最为重要的构成部分之一。在中国文化价值倾向与社会工作专业价值观对本土社会工作者同事关系形成双重约束的背景下,实证研究发现,本土社会工作者同事关系具有情感支持性、工具性、价值约束性、利他性、引领性五维结构特征。同时,多元回归分析显示,中国文化价值倾向中的集体主义倾向、和谐倾向、人情倾向对本土社会工作者同事关系具有显著的预测作用。
Colleagues are the closest companions of social workers in the process of work.Space-time distance and psychological distance become the advantages of social workers to be the most important components of other social workers'social support network.Empirical studies show that in the context of the double constraint on social workers’relationship with colleagues by the value orientation of Chinese culture and social work values,their relationship has a five-dimensional structure:emotional support,instrument,value constraint,altruism and steering power.At the same time,the multiple regression analysis shows that collectivism,harmony and human bondage in value orientations of Chinese culture has a significant predictive effect on the relationship between local social workers.
