摘要
目的探讨Src同源区2-含蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶2(SHP2)和程序性细胞死亡1配体1(PDL1)在胰腺导管腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2008年1月至2017年12月间联勤保障部队第900医院(原福州总医院)病理科胰腺导管腺癌(Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,PDAC)患者手术切除的79例存档蜡块标本,使用免疫组织化学法检测其石蜡包埋标本中SHP2和PDL1的表达情况。结果79例PDAC患者中,SHP2表达、PDL1表达、SHP2及PDL1双阳性表达分别为49例(62.03%)、62例(78.48%)和47例(59.49%)。SHP2表达与PDL1表达之间存在显著的相关性(rs=0.542,P=0.000);SHP2表达与性别、年龄、分化差显著相关(P<0.05);PDL1表达与性别相关(P<0.05);SHP2/PDL1双阳性表达与性别、年龄、分化差、手术切缘显著相关(P<0.05)。结论SHP2和PDL1在PDAC患者中的高表达与其发生发展具有潜在的相关性,有可能成为治疗该疾病的靶点。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Src homologous region 2-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase 2(SHP2)and programmed cell death 1 ligand 1(PDL1)in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC).Methods From January 2008 to December 2017,79 archived wax specimens of PDAC surgically removed from the 900th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force(formerly Fuzhou General Hospital)Histochemical method was used to detect the expression of SHP2 and PDL1 in paraffin-embedded specimens.Results Among 79 PDAC patients,SHP2 expression,PDL1 expression and SHP2/PDL1 co-expression were detected in 49 cases(62.03%),62 cases(78.48%)and 47 cases(59.49%)patients,respectively.A significant association between SHP2 expression and PDL1 expression was observed(r=0.542,P=0.000).SHP2 expression was significantly associated with gender,age,poor differentiation(P<0.05).PDL1 expression was associated with gender(P<0.05).SHP2/PDL1 co-expression was significantly associated with gender,age,poor differentiation and surgical margin(P<0.05).Conclusion High SHP2/PDL1 expression has a potential correlation with tumor genesis and development in PDAC patients and may be a potential target for therapy in PDAC.
