超声三维斑点技术在心肌梗死患者心功能诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声三维斑点技术在心肌梗死患者心功能诊断中的应用效果。方法选择收治的256例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,均行斑点追踪成像技术、超声三维斑点技术及单光子发射计算机化断层显像(single photon emission computerized tomography,SPECT)检查心功能指标[舒张末期左室后壁厚度(left ventricular posterior wall thickness,LVPWT)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(Left ventricular end-diastolic ventricular septal thickness,IVST)、左室收缩末期容积(left ventricular end-systolic volume,LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(left ventricular end-diastolic volume,LVEDV)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)及左室每搏输出量(stroke volume,SV)],以SPECT检查结果为金标准,分析比较斑点追踪成像技术、超声三维斑点技术对心肌梗死患者心室重构指标及心功能指标。结果斑点追踪成像技术、超声三维斑点技术及SPECT成像系统检查LVPWT、IVST比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超声三维斑点技术、SPECT成像系统检查LVESV、LVEDV均低于斑点追踪成像技术检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声三维斑点技术、SPECT成像系统检查LVEDV、LVESV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声三维斑点技术应用于心肌梗死患者心功能诊断中的效果较好,可较好的反映心脏舒张及收缩功能。 Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound three-dimensional speckle technique in the diagnosis of cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 256 patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were underwent speckle tracking imaging,three-dimensional ultrasound speckle imaging and single photon emission computerized tomography(SPECT)to check their cardiac function indicators[left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),left ventricular end diastolic ventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular stroke volume(SV)].The SPECT examination results were taken as the gold standard,the ventricular remodeling indexes and cardiac function indexes of patients with myocardial infarction were analyzed and compared through speckle tracking imaging technology,ultrasonic three-dimensional speckle technology.Results Compared to LVPWT,IVST checked by speckle tracking imaging technology,ultrasonic three-dimensional speckle technology and SPECT imaging system,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The LVESV and LVEDV checked by three-dimensional ultrasonic speckle technology and SPECT imaging system were lower than those by speckle tracking imaging technology,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LVEDV and LVESV checked by ultrasonic three-dimensional speckle technology and SPECT imaging system,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic three-dimensional speckle technique has a good effect in the diagnosis of cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction,and it can better reflect the diastolic and systolic functions of the heart.
