半夏泻心汤合左金丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎

Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis with Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Zuojin Pill

目的探讨半夏泻心汤合左金丸加减治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床效果。方法选取寒热错杂型UC患者98例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=49)、对照组(n=49)。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上予以半夏泻心汤合左金丸加减治疗。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组内镜分级、中医证候积分低于对照组,IBDQ积分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清NF-κB、CASP1、NLRP3 mRNA表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤合左金丸加减治疗寒热错杂型UC效果显著,能有效降低患者内镜分级,改善患者症状,调节血清NF-κB、CASP1、NLRP3 mRNA表达,减轻炎症反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Zuojin Pills in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)with mixed cold and heat.Methods 98 UC patients with mixed cold and heat types in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49)by random number table.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Zuojin Pills based on conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endoscopy classification and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the IBDQ score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression of serum NF-κB,CASP1 and NLRP3 mRNA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Zuojin Pill has a significant effect on the treatment of UC with mixed cold and heat,which can effectively reduce the patient’s endoscopic grading and improve the patient’s symptoms.
