摘要
航母甲板保障调度是影响航母舰载机出动回收能力的重要因素,受航母甲板资源性限制,舰载机甲板作业顺序的优化是提高航母舰面航空保障作业效率及保证舰载机出动强度的有效手段。在完成舰载机甲板保障流程分析、航母甲板舰载机调度数学模型建立后,为增强甲板调度算法综合可靠性与实用性,设计了一种基于工作日志表的调度算法,甲板保障小组通过工作日志进行保障,直至完成全部甲板舰载机作业调度,对应得到舰载机甲板调度方案。通过基于优先规则产生初始调度方案及初始工作日志作为问题初始解,后基于禁忌算法对工作日志下的目标函数值建立优化算法,生成有效调度方案。算法可充分纳入航母甲板各类工位约束限制,包括舰载机和保障小组的工位空间资源占用、各保障点/保障小组实际保障工位范围限制、基于甲板距离矩阵和甲板移动因子的工序间调整时间和作业时间以及因工位约束限制带来的保障流程变化等各类约束限制。最后通过仿真实验,结果证实算法有效性。
Carrier deck support scheduling is an important factor affecting the recovery capability of carrier aircraft.Due to the resource limitation of carrier deck,optimization of deck operation sequence of carrier aircraft is an effective means to improve the ef⁃ficiency of carrier surface air support operation and ensure the dispatch strength of carrier aircraft.In completing aircraft deck to en⁃sure process analysis,aircraft carrier deck aircraft scheduling,after the establishment mathematical model to enhance the compre⁃hensive reliability and practicality of deck scheduling algorithm,a scheduling algorithm is designed based on the working log ta⁃bles,deck support team is supported through the working log,until the complete deck aircraft scheduling problem,the correspond⁃ing scheduling scheme for aircraft deck is gotten.The initial scheduling scheme and the initial work log are generated based on the priority rule as the initial solution of the problem,and then the objective function value under the work log is optimized based on the tabu algorithm to generate an effective scheduling scheme.Algorithm can be fully incorporated into the aircraft carrier deck of vari⁃ous location restrictions,including aircraft and security team of space resource usage,the actual security support point/support group location limit,based on distance matrix and decks of mobile factors between the process of adjusting time and operation time,and security process change due to location restrictions and other kinds of restrictions.Finally,the simulation results show that the algorithm is effective.
