摘要 随着科技的进步,舰船信息电子等机电设备的不断发展,人们对该类设备的可靠性要求越来越高。在工程实际中,通过开展加速可靠性增长试验,是快速,经济提高机电设备固有可靠性的最有效办法。论文先分析了传统加速可靠性增长模型,模型中加速应力的施加主要采用单个应力,由于单应力水平下的机电设备加速可靠性增长的提高有限;因此提出一种基于双应力的加速可靠性增长模型方法,包括分别对增长模型和加速模型的分析及参数估计,及对产品寿命估计;最后通过实例对该方法进行了验证分析;有望将该模型和方法应用到工程中的实际产品中,使得试验次数得以减少,试验成本降低,试验周期缩短,带来直观的经济效益和社会价值。 With the progress in science and technology,as well as the rapid development of electromechanical equipment,such as ship information system,people are requiring higer reliability of such equipment.In engineering practice,accelerated reli⁃ability growth testing is the most efficient way to improve the inherent reliability of electromechanical equipment.In this paper,first⁃ly,a traditional accelerated reliability growth model is analyzed,single stress is applied as accelerated stress.Since the accelerated reliability growth of electromechanical equipment under single stress is limited,a method of accelerated reliability growth model based on double stress is proposed,which includes the analysis and parameter estimation of reliability growth model and accelerated model respectively,as well as the life estimation of products.Finally,the method is verified and analyzed with an example.Conduct⁃ing in engineering practice,this model and method will reduce amount,cost and cycle time of testing,and will bring great econom⁃ic benefits and social values.
