导爆管起爆电路设计与验证技术研究

摘要 为了可靠稳定的精确延时起爆多路导爆管,论文首先对该类爆炸器材进行了爆炸机理梳理分析,并基于起爆电气参数要求、采用Cadence软件完成了起爆控制电路原理图设计,随后进行了起爆电路PCB文件绘制、加工了起爆性能测试电路板,最后根据起爆电路实物样机开展了四路导爆管起爆效果验证实验及数据分析。实验结果表明,四路导爆管均按照设定时序成功起爆,该电路设计满足性能要求,能可靠稳定的精确延时起爆导爆管,对多路导爆管精确智能起爆控制设备的研制开发具有积极的参考意义。 For reliable and stable accurate delay initiation of multiple detonators,firstly,this paper analyzes the explosion mechanism of this kind of explosive device.Based on the requirements of electrical parameters of initiation,Cadence software is used to complete the schematic design of initiation control circuit.Then,the PCB file of the initiation circuit is draum and the initia⁃tion performance test circuit board is processed.Finally,according to the prototype of the initiation circuit,the experiment and data analysis of the initiation effect of four-way detonator tubes are carried out.The experimental results show that the four detonators are successfully detonated according to the set time sequence.The circuit design meets the performance requirements and can reliably and stably detonate the detonator with precise delay.It has a positive reference significance for the research and development of multi-channel detonator precise intelligent detonating control equipment.
