摘要
文章阐述了神华在向智能数字工厂建设进程中,传统档案与新型大数据档案相互融合碰撞的环境下,面对档案管理工作的诸多挑战,认真梳理,科学研究档案各概念,解决归档范围不科学、数据采集不齐全、数据冗余无序、主数据范围不清、数据标准不规范、数据流转不畅、归档标准不统一、鉴定效率低、在线归档不及时、归档主体不明确、档案人员素质不适应等问题。对工厂建设中的数字化移交过程进行全程质量把控,对各业务系统数据进行全面清理分析,研究自动输入条件、输入范围、流转程序和标准规则,对大数据归档环境、归档机制及归档手段进行了全面创新。
In the process of building an intelligent digital factory,Shenhua is faced with many challenges in file management,such as the integration and collision of traditional archives and new-type big data archives.In order to solve the problems of unscientific filing range,incomplete data collection,data redundancy and disorder,unclear master data range,nonstandard data standards,and data management,Shenhua is facing many challenges in file management problems such as poor circulation,inconsistent filing standards,low efficiency of appraisal,untimely online filing,unclear filing subject,unsuitable quality of archivists,etc.The whole quality control process of digital transfer in the factory construction was carried out,the data of each business system was comprehensively cleaned up and analyzed,the automatic input conditions,input range,circulation procedures and standard rules were studied,and the big data archiving environment,filing mechanism and archiving means were comprehensively improved.
