摘要
真空监测仪表多用于生产过程及流体储运等行业,真空监测仪表可以在不同的环境下精确、迅速、不间断的连续测量真空度,文章以几种典型真空监测仪表的故障梳理为对象,通过对真空监测仪表的故障体系文献资料整理分析,对国内企业的实地调研,以真空仪表的理论知识为依据对高性能真空监测仪表的产品典型失效特征、可能原因及解决方案进行了梳理。对在使用过程中导致这些故障出现的原因进行了总结,提出了可靠性强化的建议。
Vacuum monitoring instruments are mostly used in production process and fluid storage and transportation industry.Vacuum monitoring instruments can measure vacuum degree in different environments accurately,rapidly and continuously.In this paper,the troubleshooting of several typical vacuum monitoring instruments was taken as the object.Through the literature analysis of the trouble system of vacuum monitoring instruments,investigation of domestic enterprises,and based on the theoretical knowledge of vacuum instruments,the typical failure characteristics,possible causes and solutions of high-performance vacuum monitoring instruments were sorted out.This paper summarizes the causes of these failures in the process of use,and puts forward suggestions for reliability enhancement.
