渤海某油田油井回压管线防垢措施的探索与应用

摘要 渤海某油田采用注水开发方式,随着开发时间的延长,油井单井含水率逐渐上升,部分油井已达到80%,多口高温高含水油井由于回压管线结垢导致回压异常,影响油井正常稳定生产。通过实施酸洗解堵,取得了较好效果,但由于清洗作业无法在线进行,且作业周期较短,严重影响油井生产时率。通过实验室分析,确定了垢样的主要成分,结合油田地质油藏、油井生产参数及运行工况,分析了油井回压管线结垢的主要机理,并针对性地开展了化学防垢措施与物理防垢措施的研究与应用,有效降低了回压管线的结垢速率,实现了提高油井生产时率、充分释放油井产能的目的。 The oil field produce crude oil by the means of waterflooding,the water content of oil wells gradually increased over time,and some of them have reached 80%,the back pressure of multiple wells with high temperature and high water cut was abnormal due to scaling of production pipeline,this affected the normal and stable production of oil wells to some extent.We achieved a good result by acid-cleaning,but the operation cannot be carried online and the working cycle is short,so this problem has affected the production time rate of oil wells seriously.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the scaling mechanism by laboratory analysis,combining with reservoir characteristics,production parameters and operation conditions of oil wells.On this basis,the exploration and application of physical and chemical antiscaling measures were carried out.Putting a series of measures into practice reduced the scaling rate effectively,improved the oil well production time rate and fully released oil well productivity.
