蠲痹汤加减联合富血小板血浆治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of modified Juanbi decoction and platelet-rich plasma on knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察蠲痹汤加减联合富血小板血浆疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的62例膝骨性关节患者随机分为两组各31例。对照组予富血小板血浆疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用蠲痹汤加减,3周后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率均为96.77%,治疗组显效率为77.42%,对照组显效率为54.84%,两组显效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蠲痹汤加减联合富血小板血浆疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的显效率优于单纯富血小板血浆疗法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Juanbi decoction and platelet-rich plasma on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:62 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with platelet-rich plasma,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Juanbi decoction on the basis of control group.After 3 weeks,the clinical effect was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.77%in both groups.The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 77.42%,while the markedly effective rate of control group was 54.84%.Compared markedly effective rate between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Juanbi decoction and platelet-rich plasma on knee osteoarthritis is better than that of simple platelet-rich plasma.
