摘要
特殊教育是实现教育现代化必不可少的一环,要实现公平且优质的现代特殊教育,在不断扩大残疾儿童入学范围的同时提高融合教育质量是必然措施。构建现代化背景下本土融合教育质量评估框架需要以形成教育质量标准体系为目标,以不同学段和层次的教育体系内部各要素之间是否协调一致,与教育体系是否适应社会需要为标准,形成微观——中观——宏观三位一体的本土融合教育质量评估框架,并且以评估主体多元化和评估方式综合化为发展方向。
Special education is an indispensable part of the modernization of education.To achieve fair and high-quality modern special education,it is an inevitable measure to improve the quality of integrated education while continuously expanding the scope of enrollment for disabled children.Under the background of modernization,the evaluation framework of local inclusive education quality needs to take the formation of education quality standard system as the goal,and whether the internal elements of the education system at different stages and levels are consistent,whether the education system can meet the needs of the society as criteria,then form a micro-medium-macro trinity evaluation framework of local inclusive education quality,and take the diversification of evaluation subjects and the integration of evaluation methods as the development direction.
