In the era of rapid development of the Internet,all walks of life are pursuing the development of information technology.Based on the current situation and development trend of engineering management information,this paper expounds the informatization office trend of engineering construction projects from three aspects:macro-informatization,micro-informatization and comprehensive informatization,and points out that the mobile internet application-cloud platform brings great convenience to the geotechnical engineering industry.Finally,the construction of Heilongjiang highway management cloud platform is described in detail and the business requirements and function realization in the development of mobile app are introduced,and the Informatization office of highway management in Heilongjiang province is realized.
