A Comparative Study Funding of Vocational Education Between China and Austria——Based on A Diversified Investment Perspective

多元化投资将拥有的资源投入到多个领域,具有提高收益,降低投资风险的目的,而教育作为准公共商品就要国家投资、企业投入、个人学费、个人与社会捐赠。虽然职业教育经费来源有很多形式,但是各国在职业教育经费来源的比重上存在很大的差异。每个国家都在寻找适合自己的经费来源方式,寻求职业教育经费来源的多元化。

The Vocational education funds are the basis and guarantee for the development of vocational education.If vocational education wants to develop rapidly,it must have strong financial support.As a developed country,Australia has a complete system of vocational education financing.Based on the perspective of diversified investment,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the sources of vocational education funds between Australia and China,explores the advanced experience of Australia in the sources of vocational education funds and the deficiencies in China's vocational education funding sources.On this basis,it puts forward relevant improvement measures to promote the establishment of diversified system of vocational education funding sources in China.
