面向农村社区开展绿色建造技术继续教育的实践探索——以广州城建职业学院为例

Practice and Exploration of Green Construction Technology Continuing Education for Rural Communities——Taking Guangzhou City Construction College as An Example

随着建筑产业的转型升级,广东作为经济大省、建筑大省推进绿色施工及现场装配化已是大势所趋,绿色建筑的发展需要大批具有绿色建造技术的工人。广州城建职业学院结合建筑产业转型升级对施工技术人才的迫切需要,新建“现代建筑技术职业技能公共实训中心”,并以此为服务平台面向社区开展基于绿色建造技术的继续教育,为服务地方“美丽乡村”建设,促进区域经济发展进行了有益的实践探索。

With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,Guangdong province,as a big economic province and a big construction province,has been an irresistible trend to promote green construction and construction site assembly.The development of green building needs a large number of workers with green construction technology.Guangzhou City Construction College considers the urgent needs of the construction and technical personnel in the process of the architecture industry transformation and upgrading.The college establishes the new"modern architectural technology public training center",and use the service platform for the community to develop continuing education based on the technology of green building.It has carried out some beneficial exploration practice to service local"beautiful country"construction and promote regional economic development.
