扩招后民办高职院校差异化课酬激励机制探析——基于t检验实证分析

摘要 运用激励理论对高职扩招后实施薪酬激励机制的必要性进行分析研究,指出差异化课酬激励机制对于民办高职院校未来发展意义重大。在建立教学效果评价体系和基于生源类别的差异化课酬标准基础上,探索构建基于生源类别与教学效果综合评价的差异化课酬激励机制及实施路径,激发教师因材施教的积极性和主动性,提高教学质量,全面提升办学水平与办学质量,更好地适应经济社会发展对人才培养的需要。 This paper aims to utilize incentive theories for analyzing and studying the necessity of implementing incentive mechanisms for teaching payment in non-governmental higher vocational college since China's rapid increases in enrolment,and points out that the incentive mechanisms for teaching payment is of great significance for the future development of non-governmental higher vocational college.On the basis of establishing teaching effects evaluation system and differentiated standards of payments for teaching different kinds of students,this paper explores and establishes the incentive mechanism and the way of differentiated teaching payment based on comprehensive evaluation of different groups of students,which can be used to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,improve the running level and the teaching ability of the college comprehensively,and better meet the needs of talent cultivation for economic and social development.
