摘要
卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅次于宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌。由于卵巢在盆腔的位置较深,早期病变不易被发现,晚期病例的治疗效果不佳,卵巢癌病死率居妇科肿瘤之首。目前抗肿瘤治疗主要针对肿瘤细胞本身,但是肿瘤的发生、发展还受其周围微环境的影响。肿瘤微环境由免疫细胞和细胞外基质成分组成,免疫细胞是肿瘤微环境中的重要组成部分,其在肿瘤的发生、耐药、侵袭和转移过程中可能起着重要作用。所以,本文对肿瘤微环境中主要的免疫细胞(如巨噬细胞和调节性T细胞)在卵巢癌中的作用及研究进展进行综述,旨在为寻找新的抗肿瘤治疗方法提供线索。
Ovarian cancer is one of the three most common malignancies of the female reproductive system,and its incidence is secondary to cervical cancer and endometrial carcinoma.Because the ovary is located in the deep pelvic cavity,early lesions are not easy to be found,and advanced cases also lack effective treatment methods,the mortality rate of ovarian cancer is the highest in gynecological tumors.At present,anti-tumor therapy is mainly aimed at the tumor cells themselves,but the occurrence and development of tumors are also affected by the surrounding microenvironment.The tumor microenvironment consists of immune cells and extracellular matrix components.Immune cells are an important part of the tumor microenvironment,which may play an important role in the process of tumor occurrence,drug resistance,invasion and metastasis.Therefore,this article reviews the role and research progress of major immune cells(such as macrophages and regulatory T cells)in the tumor microenvironment of ovarian cancer,and aims to provide clues for finding new anti-tumor treatment methods.
