摘要
颈源性头痛是临床常见的继发性头痛,针灸治疗颈源性头痛可明显缓解患者症状,通督调神针刺法为全国名老中医张道宗先生提出的临床治疗方法,该法主要选用督脉组穴,以调神为治疗目的。该研究从神、脑、督脉、五脏4个方面探析通督调神针刺治疗颈源性头痛的思路,将通督调神与颈源性头痛的病因病机相切合,进而剖析治疗该病的选穴处方。
Cervicogenic headache is a common clinical secondary headache.The clinical effect of acupuncture on cervicogenic headache is clear.Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture,which mainly chooses acupoints from the Governor Vessel and regulates SHEN as the treatment goal is proposed by ZHANG Daozong,a well-known Chinese medicine doctor.This study explores the idea of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture for the treatment of cervicogenic headache from the four aspects of SHEN,Brain,Governor Vessel,and the five-zang organs.It combines Tongdu Tiaoshen with the etiology and pathogenesis of cervicogenic headache,and then analyzes acupoints prescription.
