慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)病变往往呈现进展性,逐渐发展为终末期肾病(End Stage Renal disease,ESRD)后需行肾脏替代治疗,对人类的健康产生了极大的威胁,并严重影响了人类的生存质量,对社会和家庭造成更多的负担。西医治疗该病主要以治疗基础疾病、防治并发症或有创性肾脏替代治疗等为原则,其治疗效果有限。如何尽可能延缓肾脏病的进一步发展,提高肾脏病患者生活质量,是目前国内外医学界共同关注的话题。该文从不同角度阐释了中药肠道疗法治疗慢性肾脏病的原理及疗效,以期为临床及科研提供切入点。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)often presents progressive lesions and gradually develops into End Stage Renal Disease(ESRD)and requires renal replacement therapy,which poses a great threat to human health.It has seriously affected the quality of human life and caused more burdens on society and families.Western medicine treatment of the disease is mainly based on the principles of treatment of underlying diseases,prevention and treatment of complications,or invasive renal replacement therapy,and its therapeutic effect is limited.How to delay the further development of kidney disease as much as possible and improve the quality of life of patients with kidney disease is a topic of common concern in the medical community at home and abroad.This article explains the principles and effects of traditional Chinese medicine intestinal therapy in the treatment of chronic kidney disease from different angles,hoping to provide an entry point for clinical and scientific research.
