郑日新治疗脑积水特色初探

Professor ZHENG Rixin's Academic Experience in the Treatment of Hydrocephalus

脑积水主要是由于脑脊液产生过多,患者无法正常吸收,从而致使脑室和蛛网膜下腔异常增大,同时大量积聚的脑脊液使脑室压力增加,进而引发脑功能障碍等。总结郑日新教授治疗脑积水的临床经验,根据其方药和治疗思路,归纳其对脑积水的独特见解。郑日新教授认为脑积水是人体气血、精、夜,输布失常所致,治疗上应先通利,再补虚。同时脑积水的治疗应以现代影像技术为依据,充分发挥祖国医学治疗该疾病的优势。

Hydrocephalus is mainly due to the excessive production of cerebrospinal fluid,patients can not normally absorb,resulting in abnormal enlargement of ventricles and subarachnoid space,at the same time,a large amount of accumulated cerebrospinal fluid makes ventricular pressure increase,and then lead to brain dysfunction.This paper summarizes Professor ZHENG Rixin’s clinical experience in the treatment of hydrocephalus,and summarizes his unique views on hydrocephalus according to his prescriptions and treatment ideas.Professor ZHENG Rixin’sbelieves that hydrocephalus is caused by abnormal distribution of Qi,blood,essence and night in human body.At the same time,the treatment of hydrocephalus should be based on modern imaging technology and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
