周正治疗儿童情志病经验

Experience of ZHOU Zheng in Treating Children’s Emotional Diseases

儿童情志病是目前儿童的常见病、多发病,病因复杂,严重影响患儿的身心健康。目前西药尚无特效药,且治疗副作用大,中医药在论治儿童情志病有显著优势。周正教授认为气机不畅则诸病生,情志活动的失常多由气机失调所致。认为本病的病机主要为肝失疏泄,气机不畅,兼有痰、瘀、积等病理产物的形成。周正教授提出从肝论治立法,治疗予疏肝理气、健脾化痰、清热利湿之法,常以大柴胡汤、柴胡疏肝散、柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤为基础加减运用,同时注重对患儿的心理疏导。现总结导师周正教授临床经验,并举以案隅。

Children’s emotional disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in children.The cause is complex,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of children.At present,Western medicine has no specific medicine,and the treatment has large side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant advantage in treating children’s emotional diseases.ZHOU Zheng believes that poor Qi will lead to illnesses,and the abnormalities of emotional activities are mostly caused by Qi disorders.It is believed that the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly liver dysfunction,poor Qi,and the formation of phlegm,blood stasis,accumulation and other pathological products.Professor ZHOU Zheng proposed the treatment of the liver based on the law,the treatment of soothing the liver and regulating Qi,invigorating the spleen and phlegm,clearing heat and promoting dampness,often based on the addition and subtraction of Dachaihu decoction,Chaihu Shugan San,and Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction.Pay attention to the psychological counseling of children.The clinical experience of the tutor,ZHOU Zheng,is summarized and the case is also presented.
