Meta Analysis on the Treatment of Neurodermatitis by Fire Needle

目的:评价火针疗法治疗神经性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法:通过计算机检索万方数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普期刊数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Cochrane图书馆,搜集火针治疗神经性皮炎的随机对照试验,检索时间均为建库至2020年03月11日。应用 RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入16篇文献,1121例病例(试验组569例、对照组552例),Meta分析发现,与未联合火针治疗组比较,火针组总有效率更高[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.10,1.20),Z=6.46,P<0.00001]。结论:以火针为主治疗神经性皮炎总有效率和安全性优于未联合火针治疗的疗法。因纳入文献少、质量低,尚需更多高质量的研究予以证实。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fire needle therapy in treating neurodermatitis.Methods:Through computer search of Wanfang database,China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),VIP Journal Database(VIP),PubMed,Cochrane Library,to collect randomized controlled trials of fire needle treatment for neurodermatitis,search The time is from the construction of the database to March 11,2020.RevMan 5.3 was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 16 literature and 1121 cases were included(569 in the experimental group and 552 in the control group).Meta analysis found that compared with the noncombined fire-acupuncture treatment group,the fire-acupuncture group had a higher total effective rate[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.10,1.20),Z=6.46,P<0.00001].Conclusion:The total effective rate and safety of treating neurodermatitis with fire needling is better than that of treatment without fire needling.Due to the lack of included literature and low quality,more high-quality studies are needed to confirm.
