Objective:To observe the clinical effects of eye acupuncture and body acupuncture on postoperative pain and wound edema of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:Collect 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain and wound edema that meet the criteria, and randomly divide them into eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.Observe and record the treatment effect before and after treatment in the 2 groups, and the pain score(VAS)And the time when the edema subsided, statistically analyzed. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in pain score and edema between the eye acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group(P>0.05);after treatment, the total effective rate of the eye acupuncture group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the body acupuncture group was 83.3%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the pain scores of the eye acupuncture group were lower than those of the body acupuncture group(P<0.05).The time for edema of the wound in the eye acupuncture group to subside was shorter than that in the body acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture is better than body acupuncture in reducing postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids and improving wound edema.
