白头翁汤对大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者血液流变学的影响

Clinical study of Baitouweng Decoction on Hemorheology in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的:观察白头翁汤对大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者血液流变学的影响。方法:65例患者(脱落5例),按照随机数字法分为两组,治疗组32例,予以白头翁汤口服;对照组28例,予以美沙拉嗪颗粒口服,共两个疗程。结束后,分析两组治疗后血液流变学指标、内镜下评分及药物安全性。结果:两组治疗后血液流变学各项指标及内镜下评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白头翁汤能有效降低溃疡性结肠炎患者血液流变学相关指标,临床运用安全有效,同时再次证明清热祛湿法能够运用于具有淤阻类状态的溃疡性结肠炎患者。

Objective:the effect of Baitouweng Decoction on Hemorheology in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)of damp heat type.Method:65 patients(5 cases fell off)were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the treat-ment group were given Baitouweng Decoction orally,28 cases in the observation group were given mesalazine granules orally There were two courses.After the end of treatment,the hemorheology indexes,endoscopic score and drug safety of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The indexes of Hemorheology and endoscopic score of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).And the treatment group was significantly better than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baitouweng decoction can effectively reduce the hemorheology related indexes in patients with ulcerative colitis,is safe and effective in clinical application.the same time,it is proved the therapy of clearing heat and removing dampness can be applied on ulcerative colitis patients with blood stasis.
