摘要
深化产教融合是党的十九大明确的重大改革任务,推进时尚产业高质量发展,破解高校学生培养与企业人才需求“两张皮”的难题,亟需推进时尚产业产教融合。文章回顾了产教融合提出的现实背景和理论基础,分析了推进浙江省时尚产业产教融合存在的问题:高校和企业“双主体”育人目标不一致、高校和企业“双责制”人才培养模式不健全、兼具理论和实践能力的“双师型”教师缺乏、企业参建的实习实训“双基地”缺位。针对这些问题,文章从制度、载体、企业、学科专业、人才培养、产业学院六方面提出了对策建议。
Deepening the industry-education integration is a major reform task clearly defined by the 19 th National Congress of the CPC.To promote the high-quality development of the fashion industry and solve the problem of college student training and enterprise talent demand,it is urgent to advance the industry-education integration in fashion industry.The paper reviewed the realistic background and theoretical basis proposed by the industry-education integration,and analyzed the problems in the industry-education integration in fashion industry of Zhejiang province:the teaching objectives of universities and enterprises"double subject"are inconsistent;the"dual responsibility system"training mode of universities and enterprises is not sound;the"double type"teachers with both theory and practice ability are in short supply;the"double base"of internship and training participated by enterprises is absent.In view of the above problems,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from six aspects,such as system,carrier,enterprise,discipline and specialty,talent training and industrial college.
