摘要 结合中国服装产业信息化、智能化的发展现状,文章以Flexsim虚拟仿真软件为研究对象,并以一款中式真丝旗袍为例,通过建立Flexsim仿真优化模型,模拟设计出该款旗袍的虚拟仿真流水线,进行仿真运行,然后对运行结果进行数据分析,找出流水线中影响生产平衡率的瓶颈环节。在此基础上采用ECRS法对流水线工序进行优化组合后,再次或多次进行仿真运行,直至得出瓶颈最小、生产平衡率最高的流水线编制,从而验证Flexsim虚拟仿真软件在服装流水线生产过程中进行实际应用的可行性及普适性。 Combined with the development status of information and intelligence in China’s garment,a piece of Chinese silk Cheongsam was studied by means of Flexsim virtual simulation software.Through the establishment of Flexsim simulation optimization model,a virtual simulation assembly line of the cheongsam was designed for the simulation.Then,the simulation results were analyzed to find out the bottleneck that affected the production balance rate in the assembly line.On this basis,ECRS method was used to optimize the assembly line process and run the simulation again or more times until the assembly line system with minimum bottleneck and the highest production balance rate was obtained so as to verify the feasibility and universality on the application of Flexsim in the production process of garment assembly line.
