城市社区流浪猫救助服务设计研究

STUDY ON THE DESIGN OF STRAY CAT RESCUE SERVICE IN URBAN COMMUNITY

基于对合肥社区流浪猫救助活动现状的调研与分析,挖掘现有主流的流浪猫救助方式及其存在的主要问题与核心需求,提出针对基于城市社区的流浪猫救助服务策略。在进行文献调研和田野考察的基础上,运用服务设计的思维与方法,挖掘救助活动过程中的核心痛点,提出服务策略。充分挖掘社区特征及作为救助主场景的优势,提出了基于城市社区自治的流浪猫救助安置服务策略。以救助服务平台为主体,以线下社区群护点为主要场景,以线上小程序为工具的线上线下相结合的救助管理服务设计可以为我国城市社区流浪猫问题的有效解决提供参考。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the current status of stray cat rescue activities in Hefei,this paper explores the existing mainstream rescue methods of stray cats and their main problems and needs,and puts forward the rescue service strategies for stray cats in urban communities.Using service design thinking and methods,on the basis of literature research and field investigation,the core pain points in the process of rescue activities are excavated and service strategies are put forward.Fully explore the characteristics of the community and its advantages as a rescuer scene.A service strategy for stray cats rescue and resettlement based on urban community autonomy is proposed.Through the establishment of a rescue support platform,it assists the assistance of“contractors”to become“participants”,avoids inappropriate assistance,resolves the contradiction of assistance,provides convenient and feasible rescue channels,and connects various stakeholders such as local communities,ordinary residents,caring rescuers,animal health organizations,caring clinics,and pet hospitals to fully tap and integrate existing resources.Enhance the sustainability of rescue activities and increase community vitality.
