摘要
对志愿者旅游的协作服务模式进行研究,分析其设计特性和设计干预方式来指导实践。运用案例分析法剖析志愿者旅游的协作服务特征,并归纳设计策略。基于志愿者旅游的服务历程,围绕协作关系、协作交互和协作体验3个要素维度,总结出志愿者旅游的协作服务特征,并根据特征内涵提炼出关系构建、互动开展和体验延续的设计策略,为相似情境的设计案例提供参考和指导。
To study the collaborative service model of volunteer tourism and analyze its design characteristics and design intervention methods to guide practice.The case analysis method was used to analyze the characteristics of volunteer tourism cooperation services,and the design strategy was summarized.Based on the service history of volunteer tourism,the characteristics of the collaborative services of volunteer tourism are summarized around the three dimensions of collaborative relationship,collaborative interaction and collaborative experience,and the design strategies of relationship construction,interactive development and experience continuation are refined according to the characteristics to provide reference and guidance for design cases of similar situations.
