落地式柜机空调包装用蜂窝纸板的结构与性能研究

摘要 目的研究以蜂窝板结构作为缓冲内包装材料,解决落地式柜机产品在运输过程中损坏,达到保护产品的目的。方法通过对蜂窝板的结构和材料力学性能分析,研究其静态平压强度和测压强度,并进行产品的面、角、棱跌落验证测试,确保它的保护性和稳定性。结果环保蜂窝板的材料作为内包装缓冲可行、且在运输过程中能保护好产品。结论蜂窝板作为内缓冲结构材料,可以适用于体积比较大、产品质量大的包装上,并且此材料可以推广应用在其他行业的产品包装。 Objectives The research uses the honeycomb panel structure as the cushioning inner packaging material to solve the damage of the floor-standing cabinet product during the transportation process and achieve the purpose of protecting the product.Methods Through the analysis of the structure and material mechanical properties of the honeycomb panel,the static flat compressive strength and compressive strength are studied,and the product's surface,corner,and edge drop verification tests are carried out to ensure its protection and stability.Results The material of environmentally friendly honeycomb panel is feasible as an inner packaging buffer and can protect the product during transportation.Conclusions As an internal buffer structure material,honeycomb panels can be applied to packaging with relatively large volume and high product quality,and this material can be promoted and applied to product packaging in other industries.
