软包装用无溶剂聚氨酯复膜胶的制备及性能研究

Preparation and properties of solventless polyurethane laminating adhesive for flexible packaging

摩擦系数和剥离强度是衡量软包装用聚氨酯复膜胶的重要指标,本文研究了多元醇种类、熟化时间、熟化温度对复合薄膜性能的影响。研究表明,聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂所复合的薄膜的摩擦系数和剥离强度均优于聚醚型聚氨酯胶粘剂,对聚醚型聚氨酯胶粘剂而言,在完成规定的熟化时间的基础上需尽可能的降低熟化温度。

The friction coefficient and peeling strength are important indicators of polyurethane laminating adhesive used in flexible packaging.In this paper,we studied the influence of polyols,curing time and curing temperature on composite films.The research has shown that the friction coefficient and peeling strength of polyester polyurethane adhesives are better than that of polyether polyurethane adhesives.We should reduce the curing temperature as much as possible on the basis of completing the specified curing time for polyether polyurethane adhesives.
