Park法重睑成形术、V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of Park’s double blepharoplasty and V-Y epicanthoplasty in the treatment of patients with single eyelid with epicanthus

目的探讨眼轮匝肌-上睑提肌固定(Park)法重睑成形术同期V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮的效果。方法选取我院2018年4月~2020年2月96例单睑伴内眦赘皮患者,根据手术方案分研究组49例、对照组47例。对照组采用Park法重睑成形术同期Z成型术治疗,研究组采用Park法重睑成形术同期V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗,对比两组并发症发生率、患者手术满意度、术前、术后3个月内眦间距、眼裂变化。结果术后3个月研究组内眦间距、眼裂角、倾斜角较对照组小,眼裂长度较对照组长(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率2.04%(1/49)与对照组4.26%(2/47)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组美观满意度95.92%高于对照组80.85%(P<0.05)。结论Park法重睑成形术同期V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮能显著改善内眦间距、眼裂形态,效果显著,安全性高,且能提升患者美观满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of double blepharoplasty with orbicularis oculi and levator palpebrae superioris fixation(Park)method in the treatment of single eyelid with epicanthus at the same time as V-Y epicanthoplasty.Methods From April 2018 to February 2020 in our hospital,96 patients with eyelid with epicanthus were selected.According to the surgical plan,there were 49 cases in the study group and 47 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Park’s double blepharoplasty and Z-plasty,and the study group was treated with Park’s double blepharoplasty and V-Y epicanthal correction.The complication rate,patients'satisfaction with surgery,changes of inner canthus distance,and cleft eye before and 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after operation,the distance between the inner canthus,the cleft angle,and the tilt angle of the study group were smaller than those of the control group,and the length of the cleft was longer than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.04%(1/49)compared with the control group 4.26%(2/47),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the study group was 95.92%higher than that of the control group 80.85%(P<0.05).Conclusion Park's double blepharoplasty and V-Y epicanthoplasty treatment of single eyelid with epicanthus can significantly improve the distance between the inner canthus and the morphology of the cleft eye.The effect is significant,the safety is high,and the patient's aesthetic satisfaction can be improved.
