小针刀联合脂肪干细胞真皮层内及皮下注射治疗颈纹的临床观察

Clinical observation of small needle knife combined with intradermal and subcutaneous injection of adipose derived stem cells in the treatment of cervical stria

目的观察小针刀联合脂肪干细胞注射治疗颈纹的疗效,为颈部年轻化提供一个安全有效的办法.方法选取我院于2016年5月~2018年5月进行治疗的36例颈纹且颈部年轻化需求患者,将患者分为对照组(16例:脂肪干细胞填充治疗)与试验组20例(小针刀联合脂肪干细胞注射),采用皮肤真皮层和皮下浅层线性及扇形注射填充,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果术后随访2年,试验组颈纹完全消失16例,明显减轻16例,有效5例,有效率为100%,对照组颈纹完全消失0例,减轻10例,无效6例。Allergan颈部横纹评分从治疗前的(3.6±0.7)分降至(1.8±0.6)分,试验组不良反应发生率高于对照组,主要是淤血肿胀,但2周后自然消失。结论联合应用小针刀和注射脂肪干细胞改善颈部皱纹是一种有效、安全的方法.

Objective To observe the curative effect of small needle knife combined with injection of adipose stem cells in the treatment of cervical wrinkles,and provide a safe and effective method for cervical rejuvenation.Methods 36 patients with cervical wrinkles and neck rejuvenation in our hospital from May 2016 to may 2018 were selected,Methods:the patients were divided into control group(16 cases:adipose stem cell filling therapy)and experimental group(20 cases:small needle knife combined with adipose stem cell injection).The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results After 2 years of follow-up,16 cases in the experimental group completely disappeared,16 cases were significantly reduced,and 5 cases were effective,The effective rate was 100.00%.In the control group,the neck lines disappeared completely in 0 cases,relieved in 10 cases,and ineffective in 6 cases.Allergan neck striation score decreased from(3.6±0.7)to(1.8±0.6)before treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,which was mainly congestion and swelling,but disappeared after 2 weeks.Conclusion The combination of small needle knife and injection of adipose stem cells is an effective and safe method.
