舒敏之星联合氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑的疗效观察

Observation of efficacy On Shuminzhixing combined with tranexamic acid tablets in the treatment of melasma

目的观察舒敏之星联合氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院就诊的黄褐斑患者40例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均予以口服氨甲环酸片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用舒敏之星治疗,比较两组患者总有效率、黄褐斑面积及严重程度指数(MASI)和皮肤生理指标。结果治疗组总有效率、满意度分别为90%、90.0%,均明显高于对照组的70%、75%(P<0.05);治疗后两组MAS均降低,且治疗组的降低幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的表皮TEWL较治疗前降低,表皮水分值较治疗前升高,黑色素较前降低,且与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),红色素较前稍低,但与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒敏之星联合氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑安全有效。

Objective To oberve the efficacy of Shuminzhixing combined with tranexamic acid tablets in the treatment of melasma.Method Select 40 melasma patients in the author’s hospital and randomly divide them into a control group and a treatment group.Both groups were treated with oral tranexamic acid tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Shuminzhixing on this basis.The total effective rate,chloasma area and severity index(MASI)and skin physiological indexes of the two groups of patients were compared between 2 groups.Results the total effective rate and satisfaction of the treatment group were 90%and 90.0%,which were significantly higher than 70%and 75%of the control group(P<0.05)After treatment,MAS in both groups decreased,and the decrease in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05);epidermal TEWL in treatment group was lower than that before treatment,epidermal water value was higher than that before treatment,melanin was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the red pigment was slightly lower than before,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shuminzhixing combined with tranexamic acid tablets is safe and effective in treating melasma.
